What are you searching for?
What is the purpose of your life?
How will you handle the really tough times?

Hard questions don't have easy answers, but they do have an answer. That answer is ultimately found in the God who created the universe and loves you unconditionally. How do you find that God? How do you reach Him? This is the Good News: God has come looking for you! He has reached out to you!

Saying "Yes" to God begins with your desire to respond to His gracious Gift of Jesus Christ. In the “information overload” of our modern society, it is difficult to believe that God’s wonderful Plan of Salvation is so simple. Below are some ABC’s to help you see just how simple it really is, as synthesized from His Divinely inspired Holy Word. Discover for yourself life the way it was meant to be. Receive God's Gift today!

Admit that you need a right relationship with God.
Pride keeps us from doing some of the most important things in life. Don't let your pride keep you from THE most important thing in this life and the next! As the Scriptures record in Romans 3: Verses 10 & 23, respectively:

v.10 "As is it written: There is no one righteous, not even one;
v.23 ...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God," (NIV)

Believe that God's Son Jesus Christ makes possible your having a right relationship with God.
The simple truth is that there is nothing that we can do, no matter how much “goodness” in our lives, to ever restore our individual relationship with God. This truth is encompassed in 2 Corinthians 5:

v.19 “that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.” (NIV)

Confess your sin to God and accept His forgiveness.
Everyone of us chooses to live our lives like we want to, taking charge, ignoring God, pleasing ourselves. That's what separates us from God. That's why we need His forgiveness. This need is met through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, as in Acts 13:

v.38 "Therefore, my brothers, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you.” (NIV)

Dedicate yourself as a fully devoted follower of Christ.
Receiving God's gift of forgiveness through Jesus Christ will set you in a direction exactly opposite of the one you've been going in because now you're following Christ. Jesus was recorded as setting that direction, by requiring us to give up our (old) lives and take up the new, in Luke 9:23:

v.23 Then he said to them all: "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.(NIV)

Express your faith in Christ publicly.
What God does for you in His Son Jesus Christ is the greatest thing that will ever happen to you. It requires a clear confession that you have given Him your very life, as established by Romans 10:

v.9 “That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” (NIV)
